Elders in the Life of the Church with Dr. Phil Newton (Episode 54)
Phil Newton, the co-author of the helpful book Elders in the Life of the Church. Phil has served as pastor at South Woods Baptist Church for over thirty years. He has an M.Div. from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, a D.Min. from Fuller Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. from Southeastern Theological Seminary. He has written or co-written several books including the one mentioned earlier. He and his wife Karen have been married for over forty years. They have five children and six grandchildren.

Bi-Vocational Ministry (Episode 53)
Wade has been blessed to pastor four different churches over the past 20 years. For the past six years, Wade has been the pastor of the church where he grew up, Beryl Baptist Church in Vilonia, Ar. As much as he loves being a pastor, Wade has never lost his love for music and singing. In the year 2000, Wade formed a part-time group called Canaanland, which consisted of his wife, Amanda; his brother, Lee; along with Ronnie LaCaze and Curt Crook. Wade is a Husband, Father, Pastor, Bass Singer, and Expositor of scripture.

Friendships with Dr. Michael Haykin (Episode 52)
Born in England of Irish and Kurdish parents, Michael A.G. Haykin serves as a professor of church history & biblical spirituality. Haykin has a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Toronto (1974), a Master of Religion from Wycliffe College, the University of Toronto (1977), and a Th.D. in Church History from Wycliffe College and the University of Toronto (1982). Haykin and his wife, Alison, have two grown children: Victoria and Nigel.

The Great Tradition with Dr. Craig Carter (Part 2)
Dr. Carter served as a pastor for seven years in Baptist churches in Prince Edward Island and Moncton, New Brunswick, and taught Philosophy and Religious Studies at Atlantic Baptist University (now Crandall University). From 1995 to 2000, he served as Vice President and Academic Dean at Atlantic Baptist University. From 2000 to 2004, he served as Vice President and Academic Dean at Tyndale University College and led the process of obtaining provincial permission to offer Bachelor of Arts degrees. Since 2004, he has been teaching full-time. He has published a number of articles and reviews in various publications and is the author of four books, including the recently published: Interpreting Scripture with the Great Tradition: Recovering the Genius of Premodern Exegesis.

While attending this (Arminian) Bible College he came to love the Doctrines of Grace, after being introduced to the 1689 London Baptist Confession of Faith he wholeheartedly embraced it. Dustin W. Benge (Ph.D., The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary) is a lecturer and administrative research assistant at The Andrew Fuller Center for Baptist Studies on the campus of Southern Seminary. He is also a visiting professor at Munster Bible College, Cork, Ireland. In addition, he is the associate editor of Expositor Magazine, a publication ministry of OnePassion Ministries. He has also served as a pastor in Kentucky and Alabama. Productivity and Overcoming Laziness with Brad Weber (Episode 40)
Brad serves as Associate Pastor/Elder of Youngstown Metro Church. Him and his wife, Christine, have been married since 2016 and reside in Poland with their 2 dogs, Rory and Tiger. Brad currently hosts video platform Theology Nights and runs his own media company called Weber media. Brad is driven with a heart for sound doctrine which is fueled for his love for God's people. Brad highly values biblical teaching/preaching as well, and contributes to the life of the church through scripture accountability. He is a “guardian of truth” and God uses him well in this capacity at Youngstown Metro Church.
